Our skilled operatives take the utmost care with your delivery, carrying it carefully from door to door. 

On the day of delivery, please ensure that our delivery team will be able to gain easy access to the room your furniture is for. We ask that the room is clear and ready for delivery of your new furniture. Our delivery team will unwrap and place the goods in the position you require, where required we will assemble Dining Tables, attach feet if required within our delivery cost. There will be an additional charge to assemble Wardrobes. We regret that we are unable to fit Wall mounted items. We strongly recommend this is done by a qualified fitter. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from your home.

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your order our delivery team will ask you to thoroughly inspect the goods before asking you to sign their paperwork.

2. Wood Care: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the wooden parts clean. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they may strip the wood's natural oils, altering its texture and color. To maintain its sheen, you may periodically apply a thin coat of natural wax polish, following the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid placing your product in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.
