Our skilled operatives take the utmost care with your delivery, carrying it carefully from door to door. 

On the day of delivery, please ensure that our delivery team will be able to gain easy access to the room your furniture is for. We ask that the room is clear and ready for delivery of your new furniture. Our delivery team will unwrap and place the goods in the position you require, where required we will assemble Dining Tables, attach feet if required within our delivery cost. There will be an additional charge to assemble Wardrobes. We regret that we are unable to fit Wall mounted items. We strongly recommend this is done by a qualified fitter. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from your home.

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your order our delivery team will ask you to thoroughly inspect the goods before asking you to sign their paperwork.

To maintain its sheen, you may periodically apply a thin coat of natural wax polish, following the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid placing your product in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.

• Fabric Care: For regular maintenance, a gentle vacuuming with a fabric brush attachment can help remove dust and debris from the fabric surfaces. For small spills or stains, use a clean, damp cloth to blot the area gently. Do not rub or scrub, as this can damage the fabric weave. If necessary, use a fabric cleaner specifically designed for upholstery fabrics, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions.

• Glass Care: Dust the glass elements of your product with a soft, clean cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Always spray the glass cleaner onto the cloth rather than directly onto the glass to prevent cleaner from contacting other materials. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, as these can scratch the surface of the glass.
